We optimise production to ensure short delivery times without compromising on quality. Depending on part geometry, lead times from order to sample of 8 weeks are possible.
Our automated sand casting line handles parts up to 1.80 x 1.20 metres, lowering cost and significantly increasing. Additionally, we have multiple smaller sand casting lines to ensure an optimal box for each size.
We use advanced molding techniques to achieve a smooth finish and precise dimensions. We carry out assembly in a climate-controlled clean room and deliver your sand-cast products ready for installation.

After the aluminium is cast and machined to perfection, we assemble the mechanical parts with electrical components to ready-made modules. By doing so, MGG accepts a large part of the logistical responsibility for the end products. For the assembly of complete machines or modules with strict requirements, MGG has an assembly room with ESD installed.
